Also I dunno if this helps, but if I'm not wrong most of Disney's heroines are designed by the same person who actually has a bias for the same big eyes/small nose/petite body thing.

Yeah, I would say it's two people mainly -- Glen Keane and Jin Kim (who is probably very heavily influenced by Glen Keane). In fact, I would say that most of the people coming out of CalArts are at least to some significant degree mimicking Glen Keane's art style, where all the young attractive women characters have a very similar build and face type (what you described). Really hope Disney diversifies this in the near future.

That's the guy, yes! I agree, Disney definitely needs to diversify their heorines. There's so much blonde/light eyes/small noses girls I can take before I start seeing them as clones of each other.
