Didn't the creator say that the show is for everyone and there's no need to make such a big deal out of being a fan of it as an adult man?

That's exactly what she said. can't seem to find the link at the moment but I saw that post.

Plus, I think anybody who got her start doing ed edd & eddy yaoi and invader zim OC's already has seen some of how low the internet can get. I doubt she's very concerned.

According to one crazy Tumblrite linked above, it's emphatically NOT for everyone, it belongs specifically to women, trans people, and the genderqueer, and may not be enjoyed by others.

Seriously, that's literally what she said.

But, y'know, a specific portion feel the need to make a big of being a guy into these kinds of shows. So it continues, heedless.
