People call everything trigger warnings these days, when they really just mean warnings. It makes other people have a kneejerk "abloobloo not everything's a trigger how do u function in the real world!!!" reaction, which is irritating.

I think a niche kink meme can get away with more, but I think it's quite rude to not warn for stuff like non-con on general fandom kink memes. Also, warning for the kinks in your fill is half warning and half advertisement, so I'm not sure why people wouldn't want to. Saves you the trouble of people crawling up your ass for not warning, and might net you a few extra clicks.

I have no opinion on whether or not character bashing warrants a warning, as I refuse to believe that people still write character bashing fic.
