I genuinely fucking love this movie. Fun storylines, fascinating mythology, and pretty dresses. What's not to love about it?

I can't wait to get it on DVD.

Whatever floats your boat OP. Personally never really had a thing for Eddie but this performance in particular felt a lot like he said to himself "I can't be bothered" and then someone in a review compared him to Voldemort. So there was no chance of me ever reconsidering my view!

Anyway, if you want to spend your money that way it's up to you. I saw the film and had lots of fun because my expectations were already low. I didn't bother going to see it again, but if that made you happy then ignore what anyone else thinks.

The closest thing I have to a secret about Jupiter Ascending is that I was sure EdRed WOULD be the only good thing about it, but turned out to be wrong.

This movie was beautiful and if they just dropped the romance plot the Wachoski's should have been given 3 times the budget!

I think this movie did have amazing world building potential, but like you said, the romance really dragged it down.

Yeah, all of those moments were moments that could have been spent with more sweet backgrounds or scenery chewing badguys.
