I also haven't watched a lot of anime the last few years, but I grew up on Sailor Moon and other magical girl shows, so when I saw that there was a magical boy parody/homage called Boueibu/Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE! coming out, I gave it a watch. Man, I fell so hard - it's so ridiculous, but somehow really infectious. I had somehow managed to miss that it was going to be a fujoshi show, but I got enlightened real quick, let me tell you.

Also, Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun isn't a fujoshi show based on what I saw (although it's brilliant and very reminiscent of Ouran High School Host Club), but there's a scene in episode 4 about a dating sim that's both relevant to fujoshi interests and absolutely priceless.

you're the second person to rec the magical boy show so I'll have to check it out! I'm an old-school fan of Sailor Moon and CCS myself :)
