Someone on my flist takes absolutely everything so *fucking* seriously and links celebrity comments to personal stuff and then goes off about how that celebrity sucks because they insulted/hurt/demeaned (them) fandom.

It's so fucking old, and i don't say anything because they tend to 'argue' back with laundry lists of their issues and how they've been hurt in life. It's just so fucking *irritating*.

Meh.

AND YET. I would feel bad defriending because they *do* have issues and not a ton of friends so...bah. Whatever.

Remove them from your flist. You're not obligated to keep depressing and difficult people in your life, especially online.

And, see, i *know* this, and i tell people this all the time. But i don't like to hurt people's feelings who actually have, you know...easily hurt feelings.
