Perfectly normal in my culture.

I wish America was not so horribly shamey about it.

Same, not American either.

Despite this I'd like to live on my own someday if I can, but I don't there's anything wrong in itself with adults living with their parents.

To clarify, I fully intend to get my own place, but a failure to do so soon enough wouldn't be as big a Failed At Life badge as it seems it would be in America.

I think the attitude about it in America is changing. I lived with my parents until I was almost 30, and I have a lot of friends who still do. I was never shamed for it. There are still lots of people who talk about "those losers who live with their parents," but they're more and more becoming the outliers who are mostly seen as entitled snobs.
