I thought she surrendered because GIRL POWER and SOLIDARITY BETWEEN SISTERS because that's something SUPER VILLAINS care about. 2 deep 4 me.

There's this thing in comics sometimes where female supers have solidarity just for being female. Like that female villain in Justice League who wanted to wipe out all the men on Earth, and then that other female villain who's normally just a thief, but randomly joined her because apparently she hates men too for some reason. (I've blotted most of it out of my mind because the episode was terrible.)
