It might just be the outfit, but they do seem to be positioned relatively low on the chest.

Different NAYRT, here to point out to "hella saggy" poster that different people have different boobs. In most modern media, only the perfectly round gravity defying concrete tits seem to be represented, but in real life, there are a whole bunch of different shapes, sizes and placements.

Sure, in video games in particular, boobs are re usually only be represented as coming from perfect (large!) cookie cutter molds, but isn't it okay if there's actually a little variety?

Dude, those boobs don't make sense. They're like halfway down her rib cage even though she's wearing protective armor that should be either keeping them pressed higher up or much more flattened. It'd look fine if she were naked, but who the hell made armor that fits sagging boobs so perfectly?

Like those? outside of a naked busty woman, no. The armor makes them look ridiculous though. She's obviously going bra-less but there's no reason hard leather armor should encase her boobs like that.
