Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is actually pretty okay on some issues and is by far not the worst Justice on the Court. (Also I want to go on one of his and Justice Kagan's hunting trips, because my god.)

I disagree that he's okay (well, maybe on a couple of things), but I think that there are a couple judges worse than him (well, mostly just Alito and then sometimes Roberts or Thomas).

And, for the record, it isn't just because I disagree with their opinions. I also disagree with their methods of constitutional interpretation. I think that the way Scalia interprets the constitution doesn't work and makes for not just wrong law but bad law.

I have to disagree.

The justice where I've seen this argument made fairly convincingly is actually Clarence Thomas. But nothing I've seen from Scalia gives me a lot of respect for him in any way, really.
