Because this is totally common behavior? My Barbies were also harshly matriarchal; only women could use magic/fly, and when one of our (very few) Kens was caught flying, he was punished.

This is cracking me up, when one of our (very few) Kens was caught flying,.

Three sisters, all close in age. We each had 7+ female dolls, but only 5 male 12" dolls between the three of us. Thus, they had to answer to the majority of the population. The Ken with the dark rooted hair and a beard was also some kind of sex slave... we all fought over him because he was definitely the most handsome/masculine.

The one that got caught flying was kind of a dick anyway. He was a blond molded-hair Ken; maybe "Tropical Splash Ken"?
