I'm guessing Coulson, but that still leaves any combo or May/Skye/Fitz.

Exactly, and any one of those combinations is something I would be okay with seeing more of. This one was vague.

Yeah, I figured "HIM" was Coulson, but I'm not sure who "THEIR" is referring to. May and Skye? May and Fitz?

I think either May and Skye or Skye and Fitz, given recent episodes. But it's still just a weird secret.
