Permanent immunosuppression (due to a transplant). Previously it was chronic and debilitating IBS, but luckily surgery pretty much fixed that.

Essentially if I get ill there's a good chance I have to be hospitalized, and I get easily fatigued on the best days.

Back when I still had the IBS though...hoo boy. Painful, painful poops every hour on the hour.

Ahh the joys of IBS. Thank fuck mine was almost entirely fixed by cutting gluten the fuck out of my life.

Two years of explaining my symptoms to doctors and it was a dumb article on the rise of fake Celiacs that actually helped.

I think I happy cried the first time I took a normal crap.

Any bowel movement that doesn't involve horrendously painful gut cramps is a blessing to me.

It's such an awkward problem to have, too.
If you need to stay near a toilet when people want to hang out, are you supposed to text them and be all:

"I wish I could but my bathroom is nicer than yours and it's where I'm going to be spending the most time."
