Re: Related to #23
It's just frustrating when nobody talks about PTSD outside of that. Anxiety and depression have become more socially acceptable, but there's definitely a stigma around PTSD and some fairly prevalent misinformation linking it to violence and psychosis.
Also, if you have PTSD, people want to know how you got it. They feel they have the right to ask, because they know the story must be interesting if you're that messed up because of it. Do I ask you how your last prostate exam went? No, because it's bad fucking manners!
