Ayase from Guilty Crown. She's in a wheelchair, but she's never treated as someone to be pitied and she doesn't angst about it either (aside from half of an episode where she has legitimate reasons to feel the way she does, and by the end of episode she snaps out of it and realizes that her disability doesn't make her any less useful than the rest of the group). She's portrayed as every bit as capable as the other characters, and the one time another character does try to treat her differently due to her disability, she quickly makes it very clear that she doesn't need or want any sort of special treatment. It's just a part of who she is and it's viewed as being completely normal.
