I watched the recent TMNT -review out of morbid curiosity, and it was atrocious.

They used to be okay - not anything amazing, but okay, watchable. Now half the reviews are just the awful skits, lots of random screaming and funny faces...Just bad.

I liked some of the skits at first... I think mostly because the actors seemed like nice people, who genuinely just tried to entertain. But now it's just, ugh no. Also it seems like half of the episodes have to end in some kind of Very Special Message. And don't even get me started on him trying to review anything that is marketed towards female demographic.

I actually used to love his reviews. I still think his old ones are funny. But watching his stuff now is almost always painful, can't even get through 5 minutes. It's all skits! Stop it and review the damn movie! I did think his one on the Star Wars prequels was good, though.d

I was wondering if I was just growing out of them, but I guess they really are getting worse. Are those random actors on contract or something? So unnecessary.

I think it happens when they start thinking about the fan's reaction and less about the quality of what they put out. Eventually it's like "stop with the crossovers and movies".
