Have you ever been told you look like a famous person?

I'm white and blond and lived in Japan for a few years, so yeah. Taylor Swift most commonly. I don't think anyone would ever think I even remotely resembled her in the west, but there you go, I guess.

+1 I ain't even blonde son, but apparently as a white guy in Japan you will inevitably get compared to Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.

(I look more like Cruise than Pitt, but only because I'm short)

I've been compared to Sansa from Game of Thrones several times. I don't know if it's just the red hair or not.

Apparently, I look a lot like Daniel Radcliffe. (Bizarrely, when I cut my hair short I got compared to . . . I forget his name, some Mexican-American actor who looks nothing like Radcliffe.)

No.

Wait. Once.

Corey Feldman of all people.

That's not too bad.

Wait, which teacher? Stephen Campbell Moore, Richard Griffiths, or Frances de la Tour? I wouldn't mind looking like SCM even though I'm a lady. And FdlT was a fox when she was young; not conventional, but striking as hell (she still is).

Like I once mentioned, someone once told me I looked like Monica Lewinsky. I wasn't exactly thrilled. Someone else told me i looked like Beth Ditto, where honestly I can't really see the resemblance at all, except being overweight and having dark hair.

if anybody told me I looked like Monica Lewinsky I'd beat the shit out of them.

Tina Fey. Probably because I have dark brown hair and glasses.

Canadians on the internet tell me I look just like Lani Billard, who was on some kind of '90s kids show. I can see it-- long face, Jewish features, something about the spacing of the eyes-- although I think she looks a bit more like my sister.

Someone once said I look like brunette Anna Camp, which I don't really see at all. I'm just pleased F!S thought I look like my icon.

My friend's grandfather once told me that I look like Katharine Hepburn. That's still one of the best compliments I've ever received.

When I was growing out my undercut, I was told I look like Rob Strombolopolous (sp?). Dude even brought our boss over to validate it, and I was flattered as fuck.

By my mom, but it doesn't count.

I occasionally get compared to the actress who plays Morello from Orange is the New Black. Which I guess is flattering cause she is way prettier than me imo.

I had a random older lady customer once tell me I looked like Elsa Lanchester and I had absolutely no clue who that was until I looked the name up when I got home. Since she complimented my hair before that I'm assuming she meant I looked like the actress and not the Bride of Frankenstein.

Harlan Ellison told me I looked like Colleen Doran ages ago. Since I'm still to this day a huge fan of hers, that was a pretty good compliment.

I always get Angelina Jolie and Shannyn Sossamon. Very flattering!

When I was younger and wore lots of eyeliner, I got Adriana Lima and Mila Kunis.

Lots of times, and none of them ever look like each other, much less like me. I've gotten Julia Stiles, Nicole Kidman, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and all kinds of others. I've also been mistaken for random people around my hometown, though, including one awkward experience at a bar where some poor young man I'd never met really wanted to know what he'd done to make me stop answering his texts. So um. I think I just have a super generic white lady face.

The second time I donated my hair, my friends told me they should post my picture on that website about lesbians who look like Justin Bieber -- an ex even had a friend of HERS make that comment, when she posted it on her FB (she cut my hair, and was showing it off).

When I shaved my head this last donation, my roommate and a few people at work kept saying I looked like Sinead O'Connor.

Honestly, aside from hair length and stupid memes, neither of these are even remotely true...
