If your failure to "change the way she needs" is your refusal to talk to a doctor/therapist, you're not going to fool her with your planned "accident", anon. I somehow doubt your girlfriend is so dumb she won't make the connection. Please talk to someone. I know this doesn't seem like it can be fixed, but you're not the best judge of that at the moment. It would be a shame if you were mistaken, that things CAN be fixed or at least improved, and neither you nor your girlfriend has to suffer.
