1. There is no possible outcome that doesn't result in you hurting someone by choosing to end your lie. Regardless of what you do, you will cause your loved ones pain.

2. You are going to die eventually. We all are. Whether or not you choose now or later, the certain or the uncertain, it's all the same in the end.
