Hahahaha, there was a whole giant discussion about this in my Bollywood stream last night.

I pretty much took this stance. I'm not a huge fan of Neil Gaiman's stuff and I don't love this as much as I love Pterry's other books, so I see Pterry as the positive influence. But then other people aren't a huge fan of Pterry and see Gaiman as the positive influence, so... yeah.

A question: why did you write Terry Pratchett's first name as "Pterry"?

A) it's a reference to the seventh Discworld novel, Pyramids, which has a minor running gag of characters with names starting with 'Pt', the 'P' being more or less silent;
B) his surname is Pratchett, his first name is Terry. An easy and vaguely amusing way of contracting the full is to call him Pterry.
