(Anonymous) 2008-01-14 01:38 am (UTC)(link)When the show was still on, I had the episode "Resolutions" (best J/C episode ever) recorded on a VHS and watched it so much that I wore the tape out!
In my opinion, Chakotay/7 came out of NOWHERE and the pairing had no chemistry or depth. If you love Janeway/Chakotay, you should read some of the voyager novels by Jeri Taylor (she was a big J/Cer who worked on the show in the early seasons). Two that I can remember off the top of my head are "Pathways" and "Mosaic".
P.S. I think Janeway is 100 times more beautiful and strong than Seven any day...and I'm sure your Chakotay will be a new and improved version and agree! =P
