It's when the "tinhat" fan in question has a wild-eyed conspiracy theory that two of the male actors on a TV show are having sex. Since it's usually a conspiracy theory on the level of, "The Moon is made of green cheese which i why the Moon landing was a hoax!" as theories, go, the possessor of said theory is likened to someone who wears a tinfoil hat, "to keep out the alien mindrays," as so:

It's really good!

They're proper historians, which makes this so much better than the usual type of reality show format with just random presenters or even members of the public dressing up oldie timey and living like that for a while.

Peter Ginn is so attractive. He's grown on me over the years, in the best way possible. He's funny and knowledgeable but also a bit of a klutz and has round cheeks and sweet curly dark hair.

Don't even care that I'm not Anon at the moment... yeah OP, I ship it too. Totally heartbroken Alex isn't a regular member of the team anymore. I just wanted the boys and Ruth to go off and live happily on historic farms for all of forever. Though 'Secrets Of The Castle' is some of the most handy research material I've encountered as a writer... still wish Alex was with them though ;__;
