This can be true, but come on guys, give them a break. They're teenagers. I've lost patience with teenage fans too, but I feel bad for it now.

(Although I will say sometimes they don't help themselves. I'd tell them they broke a forum rule and they'd start yelling at me for being so mean. But sometimes things could've been worded better on my end, too.)

I...won't lie. I do get really, really annoyed with teenage fans a lot of the time when they pull stuff like "Omg, why are adults here/don't you mean 'sad adult'/etc", or thinking the generation directly before theirs and/or their parent's generation completely screwed the world up instead of a lot of the nasty shit in society having built up over centuries.

AYRT - Oh, of course, and I tried to acknowledge that in my post, that there are those types of teenage fans who do it to themselves. I mean people who see a teenager used netspeak or asked something admittedly naive and treat the kid like a first class moron.

Ah, sorry. I thought that was what you were getting at, but I wasn't sure. I can't say I've seen too much of the things you're talking about - but that's probably because I tend to hang around with chill people in fandom.
