I agree with OP.

It reminds me of that one set of pictures that keeps floating around the net of the Disney villains "prettied up"

Apparently for Ursula and the Queen of Hearts, that means being drawn skinny with long hair

That sort of thing makes me wince. It's a painful reminder that in many cultures, you can't be pretty unless you're thin, with long hair. The hair part is negotiable, but the thin part isn't. :(
