I'm not very active in either fandom so maybe I'm missing something, but it seems that in FMA the only really big pairings are Ed/Al, Roy/Ed and Envy/Ed (two of which are incest, at least in the anime). There are a few others but they're very overwhelmed by those three. In HP you get a little more variety, plus there are those notorious wars that go on about who Harry is more likely to screw.

FMA is kind of a pairing free-for-all, or was when I was still in the fandom.
The most popular pairings include Elricest and RoyEd, but there are other huge pairings. Royai, HughesMustang, Havocai, JeanxRoy, EdWin are all popular .... but I don't think Envy/Ed is really incest because Envy isn't Ed's brother any more than Sloth is his mom.

Maybe Ed and Al are more likely to be paired than any siblings in HP, but I think the secret poster is missing something.

my first thought when I saw that secret was, "There are seven Weasley siblings, there's really no incest in that fandom?"
There are just less families in HP to pair that way, most of the characters were only children or their siblings were so rarely talked about, they weren't even characters in the story.

The secret also ignores the number of people that don't ship EdWin because she feels like too much of a sister to them, to put her in a relationship with one of the boys. So their theory about not wanting people to take 'family-like' bonds the wrong way is supported in the fandom they're singling out. Personally, I probably would have referenced Supernatural, because the only pairing people seem to post about is incest.

There are other smaller pairings in FMA that don't involve incest which have pretty devoted fanbases (HughesRoy, Havocai, etc)...as well as larger ones like EdWin, Royai, and the ones that everyone thinks are incest but aren't (HeiEd XD)... It really depends where you look. FFN is particularly heavy on EdWin and Royai, for example, LJ is heavy on slash, and RoyEd is heavy everywhere XD

But the implication that HP fandom is somehow safe from the incest bug makes me smile indeed ;) (Fred/George anyone? @.@)
