OP seems to think this friendship is going somewhere. I.e. is more than just squeeing about fandom shit, and may involve much more personal conversations and interactions later (as you do with friends as opposed to just random people you know from the internet).

OP and this person seem to have been talking for a while. OP seems pretty invested in this as a friendship in more than just fandom terms, so yes, that involves a deeper level of disclosure.

I'm guessing people you'd call actual friends know all those things about you. That's the point of friendship vs. vague acquaintanceship.
