The Talking Dead does a dedication to the newly dead characters each week at the end of the show. It's usually funny, but when they kill off an important character, it's really pulls at the heartstrings.

And shit, I just realized you were talking about dead actors, not dead characters.

Sorry, I've gotten two hours of sleep in the past two days; my brain is frazzled.

Uh, it wasn't IN the movie, but Heath Ledger winning all of those posthumous awards for his performance in The Dark Knight was probably one of the most touching things I've ever seen.
