So I know that I'm supposed to use the handrail on the stairs, but I was feeling like I was having a good day, so I decided to carry my basket of laundry up with both hands to save me making two trips.

Predictably I fell down the stairs because my body decided to walk diagonally without my permission. I was only 4 stairs from the bottom, too.

I've done the same dumb before from the top, which is why I know I should use the handrail. :(

This is less horrible than the day I couldn't get out of the stupid shower/bath, tbh.

I've devised a new laundry system in which I throw the basket away in a fit of anger and just shove all of my clothes in a backpack so I can both carry them and use the handrail. I look like a drunk turtle, but it's working so far.
