Just bought a (used) couch. Can't fit it in the truck I rented to carry it home.

Congrats! I just brought used couch this past weekend too, so I feel you on the fitting in the vehicle thing. Luckily mine was an IKEA couch, so we were able to screw up the arm rests. Otherwise we would've been SOL.

That's excellent. Yeah that wouldn't have worked for us, it's a proper-ass couch / foldout bed. we just ended up having the thing hanging out over the back of the truck and tied it down as best we could. It ended up working out but it was pretty nervy for a while there. Also exhausting. Fuck moving couches.
