I've never heard of this show before, but this post and a bit of browsing now makes me want to.

It is so, SO good. I'm sad that this (spoiler filled comment about the finale, lol) is the first you've heard of it, but I'm used to it by now. I've been watching this show from the very beginning and almost never come across people who know it. It's critically acclaimed with good reason, but sometimes I'm surprised it made it so long (six seasons) since I can never find anyone to talk about it with.

The thing about Justified is it has some of the best damn writing I've ever seen (every word that comes out of Boyd's mouth is gold, but half the cast have quote worthy lines on a regular basis) and a wonderfully talented cast. (Plus, Olyphant is smokin hot.) The writing is solid all the way through; it never gets bad, though as expected, some periods are better than others. It's very character driven and has (what is possibly) the most charismatic antagonist I've ever seen. (Not in all my years have I ever come across someone who dislikes Boyd. Never. Even when he's shooting people in the face, somehow he stays likable. I think it's one part good writing, one part Walton Goggins being an acting god.)

I highly recommend it! It is a bit on the long side (78 episodes), but imo it is worth every moment.
