(Anonymous) 2015-04-18 10:37 pm (UTC)(link)Food is worse in high security psych hospitals than prison in UK too. I don't know how US compares in detail except both prison and psychiatric units are more horrific in US in almost every respect.
Absolutely have fewer legal rights in high security psychiatric hospitals in UK than in prison.
