I...didn't like him - and the fandoms complete support for what he did skeeved me the fuck out.

Of course, I'm also one of those fuckers whose not welcome in the fandom since I don't think either the mages are completely right [nor do I think the templars are, tbh]. But heaven forbid you don't fall in with the Fandom Approved Opinion. : /

dude it's... just a game? It's fiction? I get fandom takes things way too seriously by definition but supporting Anders in a fictional context, as a fan, isn't weird at all imo?

And wasn't the whole point of the game that neither the templars nor the mages were in the right?

Tell that to the people who actively have dogpiled [etc] the people who *didn't* agree with them.

And, according the majority of the fandom I've seen, The Mages Were Totally Right is the only opinion. : /
