I really like it. I get to try flavor combos I might not have thought of before, and I make my own and customize them because I'm fairly picky. I'm not a big fan of most fruit flavors and I'm contact-allergic to cinnamon oil, so it limits my tea adventures quite a bit. Last time I sampled anything at Teavanna the worker swore the company never used cinnamon oil, I still got nasty burns all over my mouth and throat.

Plus I think it's just human nature to enjoy naming/labeling things. I mean candles get named stuff like "Christmas Wreath" instead of "Some fake pine and cinnamon and shit" all the time. If I'm going to enjoy tea I might as well enjoy one called "Rarity" instead of "Spearmint Sparkles" or whatever.

Teavana is overpriced crap and they're targeted at people who like the idea of tea and tea blends with cutesy names more than actually drinking it. I wouldn't put much faith in their staff's knowledge about tea at all.
