I was actually going to come to say this. I know what OP was getting at but I feel like people who have false teeth are sensitive about it for these types of reasons.

Yes - my grandfather lost all his teeth after a bad motor bike accident in his thirties, for instance.

Whereas my other grandfather, who had excellent teeth and avoided motor bikes, had all his adult teeth when he died in his mid eighties. I feel this rule might not be as useful as OP seems to think...
