Oh man, I'm with you on Star Wars (and I'm a fan of the series). I figure at this rate, just tuning out as much of the hype as I humanly can will not kill whatever potential hype I might have for the movie. That's easier said than done, but I'm gonna try.

Steven Universe, or rather, the fan wank that's been coming out of its fandom like clockwork over the last couple weeks. I like reading wanky fandom stuff as much as the next person who does as well, but the SU kind borderlines on being unfunny, given most of it almost always involves some pretty sensitive issues that aren't exactly mockable in my book.

Five Night's at Freddy's, full stop. I want to say the hype train is slowing down, but with a potential movie coming out in the future, well... :T

Ugh, agreed with you on Steven Universe, sadly. It's so unfortunate, because it's such a cute show, but the fandom is hands down the most horrible, toxic one I've ever been in. I've never left a fandom due to its bullshit before (and I was once in the Sherlock fandom!), but I finally had to because it was turning into a real horrorshow.

Oh. That. Well, they look like girls, so they are girls. Though Ruby can be seen as male if you want, as that isn't exactly a very fem body structure.

And YES, before someone dogpiles me, I know IRL some women can look very masculine, but this is cartoons. They tend to go stereotypical routes when making characters female or male or female and male seeming.

However, the wank about drawing Amethyst and Rose as skinny is something I agree with. STOP DRAWING BIG PEOPLE SKINNY DAMN. I had too much of that going on in Runaways years ago when Gert was drawn on the covers as thin when she WASN'T.

I keep hearing bad things about the Steven Universe fandom(how much wank there is) but I've managed to avoid it for the most part, but then I've only got one person on my dash who reblogs SU stuff and it's mostly gifsets or pretty art.

A FNAF movie? Well... alrighty then. I don't mind the games but I can't say I want a movie of it.
