This is a very attractive secret.

Oh, man, I love Clue. The game, the movie, all of it.

Any particular fandoms you'd like to share for, OP?

I'm pretty sure that the Americans of F!S could figure that out by your background image...

Yup, lol.

I love Clue! Don't play it often enough (though I do own it), but it was one of my favorite board games as a kid.

Never thought to do this though.

Miss Scarlett. Everyone's always Miss Scarlett.

When we were kids my cousin and I used to fight over who got to be Miss Scarlett.

Image: a retro looking set of Cluedo/Clue characters

Text: I spend too much time working out what piece my favorite characters would be in Cluedo

(that’s Clue, for Americans)

So, it's Rev Green in Cluedo (which is what, British?). Clue has him as Mr Green.

(Anonymous) 2015-04-22 08:11 pm (UTC)(link)
That struck me as odd. I wonder why the change? We have Reverends in the States. Maybe they didn't want to insinuate a man of the cloth could bludgeon you to death with a candlestick?

Yes, that's my assumption on why it was changed.

Yeah, I noticed that too! I kinda thought it a shame they changed it, it's an easy way to quickly differentiate him from the others.

How is Cluedo pronounced: Clue- Doe OR Clue-Doo?

And why the name change?

(Anonymous) 2015-04-22 09:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Clue-Doe is how it's pronounced over here. I've no idea why the name was changed for the US though, just one of those odd little differences.
