I only do this to female characters I hate, though (which is rather rare for me at least) or when it's a female character I think is legitimately abusive.

Example of said character: Misa in Death Note. Light's not a good guy by any stretch of the imagination (he's even more evil than her in a lot of ways) but considering she basically blackmailed him into a relationship, hell yeah I'm gonna cast her as an obstacle to L/Light. Plus, she's just...annoying (which is sad because she could have been so much more but the author clearly doesn't give a shit about her).

I used to think that when a name appeared at the bottom of a silent movie title card, the card was showing a quote from that person. It never seemed to make any sense, but I'd read some old books that just randomly quoted stuff every other paragraph so I thought it was just how people often used to tell stories.

The I saw The Sheik and saw Rudolph Valentino's name and realized this was how they credited the actors.

It was a real duh moment.

I’m fine looking at and reblogging them.
And I don’t judge people for doing it, unless it’s to an extreme extent.
I just don’t want *that kind* of evidence that I like [celeb X], and want to prevent people I know IRL from accidentally seeing them.
