Text: I don’t save any cool photos of celebrities I like to my computer because I’d be too embarrassed.
I’m fine looking at and reblogging them.
And I don’t judge people for doing it, unless it’s to an extreme extent.
I just don’t want *that kind* of evidence that I like [celeb X], and want to prevent people I know IRL from accidentally seeing them.
I don’t even mean paparazzi shots, all the ones I want to keep are studio shots or from events where taking pics is permitted and expected.
The only times I’ve saved pics were for making fandom secrets.

What is "extreme" and why would you judge anyone for it? Saving 50 gig of images? Saving 1 TB of images? Why would you even care?

I save pics of people for my SO because I make him shitty wallpaper collages of his favorite hot celebs. He's got a Karl Urban and I owe him Sebastian Stan.

I DON'T KNOW?!? I think it's the everything, tbh. Like, for me, physically he's very my type, and the character he plays right now is also very my type (jerk-ass weasel). (Oh, and he's often involved in some kinky stuff in ring like boot kissing and humiliation.)

I fell in lust with him way back last June when I just briefly considered getting into wrestling. (I paused on a tag team match when flipping channels and he caught my eye. I had no idea what was happening because the commentating was in Spanish, but I was smitten with the partially blond, leather pants wearing dude with the great abs.) I took me another eight or so months to actually get into to the fandom, but I remembered he was the one to first interest me.

Hm, I thought wrestling stuff was on pay-per-view? Oh well.

Also yeah that's definitely part of it ... I'm not into wrestling but I do track The Authority tag on tumblr because of the comic book, and it's mostly wrestling now? And then I found out of my friends was into it and I was 'okay, who are these people' and I got more info than I ever wanted.

Now I just appreciate the pretty pictures I come across.

No, Raw and Smackdown (the weekly shows) come on USA and Syfy, I think? I dunno. I get it offline.

The Authority are, like, the owners of the WWE and anyone aligned with their "establishment," so to speak. They are villains.

Haha, his name is Yuki and he's one of the guitarists for Acid Black Cherry (as well as Rayflower and Dustar-3) but ABC's the one that's more well known.

this is one my faves of their PVs. They always play extras and stuff in their pvs but I love this one because they play themselves as well as their own fangirls/fanboys. XD

Same. When I save a bunch of pics to make a secret (I usually trawl for a bunch of options before I start putting anything together unless I know exactly what I want) I carefully save them all to a specific folder so I can delete the evidence immediately after the secret is done and not accidentally leave any in the downloads folder or some other spot.

I have so much embaressing shit saved on my computer, and that's why I never let anyone use it.

God, I used to keep everything on my computer. (I saved so many damn images it was ridiculous. They weren't always the best quality either, but as long as I liked something I would keep it.)

Now that I have a new computer I try to keep it relatively empty (mostly I have a few random images, some Inquisition screenshots and various icons, and I keep everything else on an external hard drive).

Keep the 'evidence' on a USB drive or external hard drive? I hid my porn folder (yes, even on my external hard drive that no one but me uses) because I'm a paranoid fucker.

I really don't get the judgmental air OP has about people saving images, even innocuous things like studio shots.

It's really not the end of the world if someone see them. Unless it's a situation at work where they monitor you and you'd get fired, I say who cares.
