I want to buy the Utena DVD set but I really don't like the box art. I don't want to expose a drawing of a naked anime girl in my room. Even if I hid it just receiving it and have everyone look at it would be the most embarassing thing ever.

The Rightstuf re-releases have the remastered footage and new box art, although I can understand why you may want the full set in one go. Theirs are split into three:
