(Anonymous) 2015-04-23 01:55 am (UTC)(link)MBTI is very deeply flawed. It's an estimate of a questionable characterization of a slice of personality. But I do think it is an estimate of personality - that is to say, it's capturing dynamics that exist, and it's making an inaccurate estimate of things that are really there.
It's a very imperfect tool. But it's not tea leaves. Sorry if HR is being dicks about it though.
