I woke up feeling mostly okay, so I went out to run errands. One of which was to go to Hot Topic to see if they had a particular pair of tights that I'd found on their website, because I wanted them for clubbing this weekend with some friends. Got there just as the dude was opening the doors from the mall proper, so I was the first and only customer, and we wound up talking a bit about old-school anime and manga and comic book fandom, since the in-store display was showing Sailor Moon henshin sequences at the moment... and he was younger than me, so didn't remember the days when there WERE no official translations for Sailor Moon, and you had to download txt files from fans off the internet, or find someone who had internet access to download them for you, and find the Japanese manga at the rare import shops... and then when they finally released a commercial English translation, they usually flipped the pages so you could read them left-to-right, which sometimes messed up the pictures. ;)

Well, I was so distracted by our conversation that I forgot to look at the back of the package, and on my way out of the mall, realized I'd grabbed a M/L size instead of a S/M. Uh, yeah, even S/M is actually kinda big on me at the moment. So I went back to Hot Topic and sheepishly said I already needed to make an exchange, but it wasn't like he was busy, so not a problem... and we wound up talking about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and X-Men for awhile that time. It was fun.

Most of the rest of the day isn't really story material. Bought food, made tasty breakfast/lunch that actually didn't make me feel sick for a change, finished my work hours, did some gaming, did some cosplay work, made ginger syrup so I could make ginger lemonade.
