I'm sorry, anon. You sound rather depressed and it can be difficult making new friends in that situation. It might be a good idea to pursue a new interest, hobby or fandom and try to meet new people that way.

Thank you for replying! Yeah, I am a bit depressed about that whole situation. I'm a bit shy and I've been picked on my whole life by relatives, friends, even strangers! Add some social anxiety to that and it makes quite a recipe. :(
My interests are varied and are mostly not mainstream. I don't like going to bars or clubs by myself because I'm not considered "attractive" so I'm usually left alone.

I think it'd be a good idea for you to explore why this is a recurring theme in your life. My guess is low self esteem. To many, a person with low self esteem is like blood in the water during a shark feeding frenzy. If you felt more confident about yourself and could project that, you might find that it helps you to make friends that are really friends, not bullies in disguise.

If all else fails, go to the bars and chat with the bartender. If nothing else, you can get good stories that might perk up your night a bit.
