I been there, OP. Not only was I not hungry, I was actively nauseous and repelled by food most of the time. In my case, it was due to an ED--I'd starved myself for so long that my stomach could no longer express hunger in any way but cramps. And eating was a horrible chore.

I actually made a zine to keep in my wallet to help me! I also went on a meal plan so I actually knew how much of what I needed, regardless of what my body and brain told me.

I do not have that particular problem *is munching on Cheez-its as I type* but if I ever meet someone who does and who wants help, I will keep that in mind!
