I can relate, I don't like live-action porn very much at all and I am really, really picky about what I'll watch. But with written porn I'll give anything a go so long as I enjoy how it's written. But I figure I'm just not much of a visual person when it comes to that.

Same here.

I think this is pretty common in fandom, and amongst women. Not that many women don't enjoy visual porn too, but I think this is not a coincidence overall.

Maybe if more live action porn was designed FOR women, I'd enjoy it.

The exception seems to be, for me, guys getting gay massages. I'll watch that all day long.

Yeah it does seem to be a common trait in fandom, and I think your point about if porn was designed for women would that be different is certainly something worth pondering, because it probably is a bigger factor in that regard than I realise.
