haha, me too! Whenever I watch a show, I always google the actors to find their exact height. idek why tbh, it's not like I ever really do anything with the information. I also like knowing the "official" heights of comic book characters and then I get irrationally mad when certain artists don't scale the characters properly (not fanartists, the actual artists for the comics)

Oh, I understand anger over artists changing the heights. I appreciate actual character models. (That's been part of why I got into arguments with other fans, actually.)

Ugh, I hate that. A lot of people forget that Wolverine is actually really fucking short. I think he's shorter than Jean Grey, officially. But a lot of the artists forget.

I think at this point it's more the artists using the much taller Hugh Jackman as a reference.

Probably very true. Which I admit to being slightly sore about.

PRIORITIES! I HAVE THEM.

He's 5'3, and I think they hire someone who's 5'7 at Universal?

Like a theme park thing? I'm okay with that, since that would kinda rely on people being able to pick him out at a distance.

Logan and Jean are officially both 5'3" in the comics.

I've usually seen Jean's height put at 5'6", where did you get 5'3"? (I'm not saying that I disbelieve you or anything, I'm just curious if there's a source out there that is giving the characters different heights than the ones I've seen)

A set of John Byrne and Dave Cockrum character drawings in a kind of "X-Men lookbook" which was printed in one of the many reprints of the Dark Phoenix Saga. I've also seen 5'6", but she looks a lot shorter than that back when they cared about heights.

Pfft. Shows me for not taking the care to look up and make sure; for some reason I thought she was like 5'5 or 5'6. Ah well.
