If you put five throwaway tags (like dashes or random strings of numbers) before the character tag, it will show up on your blog when you want to find it later but it won't show up when people search the tag on Tumblr. It's not hard.

Meh. Get over it.

Nothing in my post indicated there was an it to get over. I'm just saying that there's an extremely easy solution to the problem, if you're that bothered by people being bothered by the way you tag.

I suppose I shouldn't have bothered. Judging from your response to the anon below me, I suspect that you're tagging this way as an attempt to stir shit, rather than out of ignorance or convenience.

Nope. I just tag shit so I can find it later. And the fact that I have every right to tag shit as I want. People. Can. Get. OVER. IT.

But there is a simple way to tag things exactly the way you want, and avoid people complaining at you about it.

Using the main tag Is apart of it. Sorry if that ruffles feathers. Not really.

Then you're not just doing it for organizational purposes. I don't know why you keep insisting such.
