9. I knew, just by looking at character shrines and such, that I would absolutely hate Weiss but like Schwartz. When the series was licensed I finally watched it, and I was right. I fast-forwarded through all the early episodes with Weiss backstory straight to when Schwartz showed up. However, all the mediocrity was made up for with Farfarello's gay run and trying to throw his mother into the acid. Hell yes.

2. I loathe Yuffie. I hate her so much that when replaying FFVII I didn't pick her up in the group. However I'm not going to get upset if people pair her with Vincent. It's no skin off my nose and I don't have to read them if I don't want to.

But....I am toying with a fic where Vincent can't stand Yuffie. Because I do think she would annoy the hell out of him.

10. What is it with the cutsy Kadaj thing? He was a sadistic, evil little bastard in the movie. (the ending kind of spoiled that *sigh*). No, I don't think he was misunderstood...I think he was just a nasty brat.

While Yuffie isn't exactly my favorite character, the only time I don't like her is when fans make her a wangsty sue about to have VINCENT'S BABY skjfdhkjds ew. She's not a bad character otherwise.

I think Vincent and Yuffie actually do work as a platonic, father-daughter or older brother-sister pairing, but I don't ever see him being interested in her romantically.

2. I don't mind if people have legitimate reasons for liking the couple, but what I hate is when people put them together just because they're "leftover" characters with no living canon love interests.
