Exactly.

I'm 5'2", and I'm never going to be 120 pounds again. Last time I was, I was 12 years old and a B cup. These DDDs aren't going down that small, even when I'm my target weight. I'm of sturdy German/Irish stock and it shows.

I admit the OP likely has a totally different frame than I do (my weight goes to the lower stomach, hips, and rear. I call it "the tire"), but 120 pounds is not grossly overweight even for someone with a naturally very small frame, in my opinion.
