As a first thought, the most porn-like scene I've seen in a non-porn story is in Altered Carbon. The main character has sex while under the influence of a drug that induces telepathy.

I have a thing for people being badass and competent with violence. It makes me kind of uncomfortable but damn do I find it hot.

Shaw and Root from Person of Interest are a great example of this, as is Bucky as Winter Soldier, and Kahlan from LOTS (especially when she enters the Con Dar, but all the time, really). And I've never found Raiden from Metal Gear so attractive as when he goes into ripper mode and starts slicing people up whilst laughing and talking about how it gets him off.
