(Anonymous) 2015-05-02 02:22 am (UTC)(link)Neal fucked up, and knows that, but did what he thought was the best option at the time. I still stand by the notion that if he'd known Emma were pregnant things would have been very VERY different.
Hook, on the other hand, was an asshole. The actor himself has described the character as a sociopath. And then they erased every part of Hook's personality and just made him an Emma obsessed baby. He sexually assaulted Emma in S3 because he was so deluded they were some kind of true love bullshit. Augh.
